Low Temps...Thai Food....Sam Adams?
First off- The temp here in Raleigh has finally started to fall. We are now waking up to the 50's vs. 70's. LOVE IT! Today's high was 80 and the air was not sticky at all. It looks like we finally made it through the summer.
The final push on grout happened today. I will try to get some pictures this week after all of the clean up is done. Right now we are just so tired that we can't push any harder.
And on a final note...Sam Adams Beer. Yep good ol sam adams has pulled a fast one. This here Hallertau Imperial Pilsner is AWESOME. How awesome...well it made it into my top 10 beers of all times.

Glad to see that at least with number 10 you are keeping it real with a macro-brew... you'll notice that 4 of my top five beers are made in factories downtown, like beer should be:
5. Amstel Light (mostly consumed at weddings)
4. Miller Lite (great taste, less filling)
3. Abita Strawberry Blonde (it's smooth as yogurt and my only hippie selection)
2. Pacifico (on draft? good. with a lime? better. drunk on a beach? best)
and number 1:
Corona (can you tell I spent my formative beer drinking years spring breaking in san carlos?)
Roger's Pilsner is better than Manny's if you can find it. Bayern Amber. Anything by Anchor, Snoqualmie Wild Cat, North Fork Stout (and their pizza is good too), The Dalton Tripple just too tasty, and either of the IPA's at Elysian on Cap Hill even if it is gay cowboy night.
I bought the Sam Pilsner tonight. Having it now based on your recommendation.
The Dogfish Head Raison D'etre is still my current frequent drink when possible.
Oooh the cerveza de calabreza from Rock Bottom. Excellent session beer and pumpkin flavored too. And the Great Pumpkin. The world's first imperial pumpkin ale. I say tasteee
Sammy Imperial Pilsner is too alcohol-y for me.
